Most arrival problems are avoidable and take a few minutes to prevent while you still have Wi-Fi and time.

Run through these five

Install your eSIM at home, while connected to Wi-Fi. Download offline maps for your first destination. Save your booking confirmations so they open without a connection. Charge your phone and a power bank. Check that data roaming is switched on for the travel line before you land.

On arrival

Enable the eSIM line for mobile data and give the phone a moment to register on a supported network. Restarting the device after installation resolves most first-connection issues.
