We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. We are a reseller: the underlying connectivity is provided by mobile network operators through our wholesale partner. Coverage, speeds and network availability depend on those operators and on local conditions, and are never guaranteed.

An eSIM requires a device that is both eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. It is your responsibility to confirm this before purchase. If a plan will not install on your device, we refund it in full — see the refund policy.

All plans are sold and charged in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative conversions for display only; your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never store your card details.

After payment we order the eSIM profile from our supplier and deliver it to your order page. Validity begins according to the plan's activation policy, which is shown on the plan before purchase. Data allowances, fair-use policies and validity windows are part of the plan you buy.

Plans are for personal travel use. Reselling, permanent roaming, bulk automated traffic and any unlawful use are prohibited and may result in the profile being suspended by the operator without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed bookings or lost business.
