• Account data: your email address and, if you create one, your account profile.
• Order data: the plan purchased, amount, order status and the eSIM identifiers needed to support your order.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive a payment reference and status — never your card number.
• Technical data: server logs needed to run and secure the service. Activation codes, LPA strings and eSIM identifiers are redacted from our logs.

We do not inspect, record or sell your browsing activity, message content or location while you use a data plan. That traffic is carried by mobile operators, not by us.

SwipSIM uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is strictly necessary: your language and display-currency preference, and the session token that keeps you signed in. Because none of this is non-essential, no consent banner is shown. If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated and consent requested first.

We share the minimum necessary data with our eSIM wholesale supplier (to issue your profile), our payment provider (to take payment) and our hosting and database provider (to run the service). We do not sell personal data.

Order and billing records are kept as long as required by accounting and tax law in [PLACEHOLDER: JURISDICTION]. Account data is deleted on request unless we must retain it for those obligations.

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@swipsim.com. We respond within 30 days.
